Empsight conducts custom Compensation surveys, which enable clients to obtain access to industry specific jobs that tend not to be in Standard Surveys. They also allow for collection of data from a specialized peer group. Custom Surveys are sometimes used in situations where internal client groups prefer a custom process that provides targeted and highly specific data.
