2024 Law Compensation Results (Large Company Edition)

Empsight's Law Department Compensation Survey is the largest of its kind in the U.S. In 2023 the Large Company Edition of the Survey included 225 Participants with an average participant revenue size of $29.9 Billion. The Survey targets Fortune 500 and Large Multinational companies with revenues of $3 Billion and Above. The survey includes 93 benchmark positions and reports data on base salary, annual bonus, long term incentives, and multiple sub-cuts. The survey also provides useful legal spending and staffing analyses.
