Empsight offers a suite of company reported corporate functional and industry compensation surveys. Empsight Compensation Surveys are participant-only, which ensures consistent annual participation by relevant large company peers. Organizations must participate in our surveys in order to gain access to the results at the current year participant rates (if you purchase outside of our survey cycle you must pay a future participant rate and agree to participate in the next year).

| Empsight Surveys follow the Safe Harbor Guidelines. Age: data must be at least three (3) months old Participants: data must utilize a minimum of five (5) companies reporting information upon which each disseminated statistic is based. Scope:no individual participant company's information may represent more than twenty-five percent (25%) on a weighted basis of each disseminated statistic - no single employer may be identified with any specific information. |
