Compensation Surveys Overview
![Compensation Surveys Overview]()
Empsight offers a suite of company-reported corporate functional and industry compensation surveys designed for large organizations that need credible, relevant, and highly usable market data. Our surveys are built to help companies benchmark pay across critical functional areas, evaluate emerging roles, and make more informed compensation decisions with confidence.
Empsight Compensation Surveys are participant-only, which helps ensure strong annual engagement and consistent participation from relevant large-company peers. Organizations must participate in order to access survey results at current-year participant rates. Companies purchasing outside of the standard survey cycle may still obtain results, but they do so at a future participant rate and agree to participate in the following year’s survey cycle.
