Empsight International, LLC is a human resource consulting firm which helps employers make better decisions about their investment in people.  Our primary focus is on conducting compensation surveys in premium markets, domestically and internationally.  Our surveys are seen as definitive data reference sources in markets where such information is critical to maintaining competitiveness. Our clients are, predominantly, leading multinational corporations that have a high repeat participation rate in our surveys. Our Principals and staff have significant experience in consulting on compensation, organizational and human resource issues across multiple industry sectors.  The firm has offices in New York and Miami.

Principals

Vincent Mc Hugh

Vincent Mc Hugh is a co-founder of Empsight International LLC, and has been a compensation consultant for over 20 years.  At Empsight, Vincent is heavily involved in strategy development, product design and client relationship management.  Professionally he has expertise in organizational effectiveness and the design of a wide range of reward and compensation systems.  He has a specific interest in the design and motivational aspects of Sales compensation programs.   He has designed and managed engagements for many multi-national corporations both in the US and in Europe.  Before founding Empsight, Vincent’s career included consulting and management roles in leading international consulting organizations and leadership positions in some boutique consulting organizations.  Vincent began his consulting career at the Hay Group and has also worked for Ernst & Young Management Consultants and for GE Capital.  He has been a founding partner in three boutique consulting firms.  Vincent’s undergraduate degree was in Economics while his graduate degree focused on Organizational Behavior.

Jeremy Feinstein

Jeremy Feinstein, co-founder of Empsight International, has over ten years experience in human resource consulting and software product management. At Empsight, Jeremy is directly involved in strategy development, product design, service marketing, and client relationship management.  Prior to Empsight, Jeremy worked as a consultant and as a product manager.  At OneSecure (now Juniper Networks), Jeremy was a Product Manager for their managed intrusion detection and vulnerability scanning services.   While there, he managed a comprehensive survey of security technology best practices, which led to the development of an innovative intrusion detection and prevention system.  Jeremy consulted on base pay and executive compensation programs while at Stratus Computer (now Lucent).  He also conducted a number of custom compensation and employee satisfaction surveys. Jeremy began his consulting career at Clark Consulting, where he worked on the leading compensation survey for the technology industry. Jeremy holds a M.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin Madison, an MBA from Groupe HEC- Paris, as well as a B.A. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
